Pagnucci



 After he put the
  title “telling your own story” he leaves a white space. As a reader that white
  space invited you to tell your story. In this article he took a bunch of other
people’s memories and put them all together. The breaks in “The Preserving the
Past”makes you really think about what you can remember from your childhood or
even remember doing the things they are saying; like the secrete handshake I had
one as a child and still remember it. The last one on the page “Your Mother” is
  moving the white spaces truly make you feel for both the person writing it and
  the mother. He uses a very unique way of not really organizing the reading
which is nice. But he really uses is white spaces very affectively.

The  picture dose
not really go with “In Our House”  with the white space in it I feel like
the woman would not be very unhappy I feel as if she would be very busy with no
time to sit down. He uses white spaces to give the reader the feeling the person
in the article is feeling. He placed a white space after “Placed her in the bed
and watched her try to escape it then. To leave the reader with enough time to
create this image in their head and the “it then”to make the reader want to know
what happens next. Unlike the other reading this one is more of a story from
start to finish were the other was many stories combined.
